Brief your PM

Tell your PM who's coming. In one click. With everything they actually need.

Pick a date window, pick a recipient, hit send. Every upcoming stay flows in pre-filled — guest name, email, phone, check-in / out, channel — with editable fields for the parts your platform left blank. The email lands looking like a magazine, not a notification.

Home Brief your PM
Auto-filled from your bookings

Every stay in the window, pre-filled and ready to send

Pick a lookahead — 30 days, 60, 90, whatever you want. Every booking checked in or arriving in that window appears as an editable row with the guest name, email, phone, check-in date, check-out date, nights, and channel already populated from your synced bookings.

  • Recipient picker. Every vendor on the property with a contact email shows up in the dropdown. Or type a one-off custom address.
  • Per-stay note. Optional inline field for "arriving late, with pet, repeat guest" — anything your PM should know about that specific visit.
  • Personal note. Single textarea above the visit list for a quick intro line to the recipient. Skipped if blank.

Fill the gaps your platform left blank

Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com — they each tell you a different subset of guest details. Some send the name and email; some send "Reserved" and nothing else. AwayWatch flags every blank row in amber so you can fill them in before the briefing goes out: name, email, phone, party size, anything.

  • Party size. Booking platforms rarely surface this; type it in once and it appears as a chip in the email.
  • Overrides don't touch the booking. What you type goes into that one email — the underlying reservation record stays untouched.
  • Auto-saves while you type. Open the page, fill in five rows, get pulled into a meeting, come back — your draft is still there.

The email itself

Not a 1995 notification. A magazine.

Navy / teal / amber gradient masthead, three coloured summary tiles (visits / nights / window), per-visit cards with a coloured left stripe per channel — red Airbnb, blue VRBO, indigo WordPress, emerald direct. Tap-to-mailto on the guest email, tap-to-call on the phone. Personal note in a rose-tinted card. Operator notes in a gold-tinted card.

  • Sans-serif system stack. Renders crisp on every mail client — San Francisco on Apple, Segoe UI on Windows, Roboto on Android.
  • Reply-to wired to you. Your PM hits reply and it lands in your inbox, not a no-reply.
  • Per-channel colour stripe. Long lists stay scannable — the recipient sees at a glance which stays came from which platform.
